MmmMmm. Salmon fillet with Cajun seasoning and a lil garlic salt to taste. Oh yes i drizzled a bit of olive oil and brushed it on both sides of the fillet. Something extra, decided to add a bit of lime zest. I think I baked it at 210 or 220 degrees C for about 30-35 minutes? wow I should really write all this down next time. Yes. So that’s the fillet. As for the veggies, it’s basically boiled broccoli, mushroom and spinach. Tossed the mixture onto another pan and nope no oil just added a bit of light soy sauce and just mixed it all up and VOILA. Done. Simple. Isn’t it?
