hey ho

k so twas drizzling so my dad was all no way are you going out. hais. so jogging was cancelled. BUT, like i said in my previous post, i need some sort of continuity. SOOOO, i just danced. HAHAHAHA i think i was like jogging/jumping/skipping on the spot for a good 15 mins non stop. Then i decided to add some weights hahaha so i grabbed my 3kg dumbell and started joggin hehe forgot what song i was playing but i was really into it hahahha was following the tune 😉 Did like squats and crunches both with and without the dumbell and some other stuffs.
